This piece was specially commissioned by D&D in an initiative where we work with young artists to reinterpret the Odalisque, a lounging woman. This piece was painted by Bethenie Carriaga in her studio and is the second commission of this kind for Desmond & Dempsey. Painted with oil on canvas this piece is portrays a sleeping lady in a garden with rain, snails and a bright yellow duvet cover. 314cm x 180 cm Non-refundable. This note this canvas comes pre-stretched and doesn't include a wooden frame. Shipping will be arranged after purchase, depending on shipping location.
