The Notch in Highland is a study in restraint. Structured without rigidity, utilitarian without compromise, it is a bag built for the way things are actually carried – and carried well. At its core is a clean, composed silhouette crafted from smooth calf leather — supple, close-grained, and considered in hand as much as in eye. The form is interrupted only by the details that earn their place. An adjustable belt-style strap wraps the body of the bag, anchored by a square buckle that brings an architectural quality to the silhouette. Designed to sit close to the body and worn high as a crossbody, it moves with intention. The closure is a new JMD-branded lock — small, flat, and deliberately understated, with the logo receding rather than announcing itself.
