One of our slimmer-fitting trouser shapes, the Military Chino is our contemporary take on a classic style. Great fitting and flattering, these are not too tight and not too loose, clean and neat through the hips and thigh, with a taper towards the ankle. Made in a vintage style from 13oz narrow loom red selvedge denim, this fabric goes through a slow process similar to American denim in the last century. A 3/1 twill weave, it has a indigo-dyed yarn over undyed natural yarn, creating a rigid texture that will soften with wear and use. When washed, the garment will stretch to the wearer's shape. Over time the fabric will develop a unique patina. Made in Portugal by one of our favourite denim makers, we’ve been working with them since 2011. This garment is dyed with indigo. Take care as some colour transfer may occur when worn close to lighter-coloured garments and furniture. Like your favourite jeans, this garment will gradually fade with wear.
