Would best fit a size L. Can also work for a curvy size M but would fit would be more relaxed. Non stretch and bias cut.  Has a zipper closure. Has some beading and sequin details in the front.  Comes with the matching sash.  36-39 inches around armpits and 31-34 inches around waist.  Model is 5’3”.
